  These burners are taken to our shops in Oregon. The burners are disassembled, cleaned and reassembled with new bearings in the butterfly. The Mechron burner positioner usually replaced with a new one. The burner is rewired to current specifications and everything is tested. These AF-25s are ready to install on any 66" or smaller drum or batch plant.

                     

We have several of models of these Burner Controls. Pictures are a representation only.

  This sale includes a NEW custom built burner and stack control. Consists of a Honeywell UDC 3200 burner positioner, a UDC 2500 exhaust stack controller, an RM 7898 flame controller complete with flame eyes. This controller includes an exhaust stack over-temperature control that shuts down the burner if the baghouse temperature exceeds its set-point.
