BDM parallel flow drum mix asphalt plant to include the following equipment:

• This plant was completely rewired and new computerized controls installed by C. M. Consulting in early 2008. We performed many updates and upgrades. This plant runs very well.
• Dryer/Mixer - BDM  8' x 4' rotary drum mixer with RAP collar.
• Burner - GenCo AF 60 diesel burner.
• Pollution Controls - Alpha Mark III baghouse. New bags, cages and pulse controls 30,000 tons ago. Includes 200 hp electric exhaust, new dust blower and vane feeder.
• Cold Feeders - Variable speed 3bin feeders w/collecting, incline and scale conveyor.
• Computer controlled lime system with pugmill, silo and transfer auger.
• Computer controlled AC oil pump injection system.
• Silo & Slat - 130 ton silo with a batcher on top and a weighbatcher to load trucks. Drag has a new silo by-pass gate.
• 300 cfm rotary screw air compressor.
• RAP bin and conveyor.
• AC Tanks - 3- 10,000 gallon underground A/C tanks.
• Controls - New start/stop stations, feeder VFDs, Soft starts for large motors.
• All necessary starters and circuit breakers mounted in electrical van.
• Miscellaneous - All spare parts, parts manuals, books and prints. All power and control cables, air lines and hoses, asphalt and hot oil lines, fuel oil lines and hoses. Chutes, stack and ductwork included.
